  Elevated check latency in Warsaw Resolved

  A transit provider in WAW added roughly 400 ms to outbound checks for 52 minutes. Confirmation from a second region prevented false alerts; no monitors were incorrectly marked down. Probes were moved to a second uplink and the provider has since resolved the issue.

  Primary storage was failed over to a new node during a 25-minute window. Checks continued running; dashboard writes were queued and applied afterwards.

  Delayed Slack notifications Resolved

  Slack rate-limited our workspace app for 18 minutes, delaying about 6% of notifications. Email and webhook delivery were unaffected. Delivery now falls back to the secondary channel after 60 seconds.
