Last updated . This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or use the service, and why.
What we collect
- Account data — the email address, organisation name and billing details you give us when signing up.
- Monitoring data — the endpoints you ask us to check and the results of those checks.
- Server logs — IP address, request line, response code, user agent and timestamp, kept for 14 days for availability and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. No cookie is set unless you sign in to the dashboard, and that cookie exists only to keep the session.
Security
Traffic is served over TLS 1.2 or newer. Data at rest is encrypted, API tokens are stored hashed, and access to production is limited to staff who need it. Report a vulnerability to security@91831082026.site; see security.txt for our disclosure policy.
Data location and processors
Application data is stored in the EU. We use a payment processor for billing, an email provider for transactional mail, and hosting providers in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Finland. Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.
Retention
Raw check results are kept for 30 days, daily aggregates for 24 months, and account records for as long as the account exists plus the period required by accounting law. Deleting an organisation removes its monitoring data within 30 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted by writing to privacy@91831082026.site. We answer within 30 days.
